STEPHEN RHODENIZER CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP

Our LCC Club Championship, which first took place on November 21-22, 2015 has grown into a highly anticipated annual event that is exclusively open to members of the LCC. This championship allows participants the flexibility to either enter as the same teams they regularly compete with during club play or to create entirely new teams specifically for this special occasion. The format of the competition includes two four-end games scheduled for Friday evening, followed at least one additional game on Saturday afternoon, ensuring an exciting and engaging experience for all involved.

In 2017,  with permission, this event was renamed in honour of our dear friend and long-time Ice Maker/Club Manager, Steve Rhodenizer.

 

The championship serves not only as an important fundraiser for our club but also as a wonderful opportunity to encourage interaction and play among members from different leagues within our membership.

 

Ultimately, it is a weekend dedicated to celebrating Steve's legacy and the spirit of camaraderie he fostered among us. #rhodytrophy
